Welcome to Zecher Photography! “In all things of nature there is something of the marvelous” – Aristotle “The earth is filled with the Lord’s glory” – Habakkuk 2:14 “Beauty is the gift of God.” – Aristotle Beauty surrounds us every day. From the sublime beauty of repeating ridges in a Smoky Mountain sunset, to a majestic waterfall deep in the Grand Canyon, to the sound of a bull elk’s bugle resonating in the Rocky Mountains, to the everyday beauty of the warm light of sunset on a Midwestern corn field, all we have to do is open our eyes and minds to the beauty surrounding us. I’d like to share with you some of the natural beauty that I have captured with my camera. For me, each photograph captures not only the light that was reflected back to the camera, but also the sense of the moment that I tripped the shutter. Part of the excitement of photography for me is capturing a moment in time when everything comes together perfectly – the subject, the lighting, and the composition.
